Nous n'acceptons pas les remboursements pour les colis perdus en raison d'instructions incorrectes ou incomplètes données au transporteur, ni pour les produits laissés dans un endroit sûr. Naturcontact transmettra le numéro de téléphone du transporteur et le client doit contacter le transporteur directement pour résoudre tout problème de livraison qui pourrait survenir.
En cas de perte de colis non due à une adresse incorrecte, le remboursement n'est pas accepté, mais le client peut demander un nouveau produit gratuitement. Dans ce cas, l'échange gratuit ne sera plus applicable. Si le nouveau produit reçu gratuitement nécessite un échange ultérieur, celui-ci est possible moyennant des frais fixes de 18,28 € par produit.
Arctic Contact 3.0, Arctic Pro 3.0, Siberian Contact 3.0, Extreme Contact 2.0, Winter Mini Contact and Junior Contact 3.0 models are water resistant according to Standard IP65. Alaskan and Intemperia models are waterproof according to Standard IP67 and IP66 respectively. These IP values refer to the core material of the shoes and some water can still pass through the tongue / elastic bands and laces holes depending on shoes construction. All the other shoes are dust resistant / breathable & offer quick drying properties. Shoes claimed not to be waterproof by customers are not to be considered faulty or not fit for purpose and won't be eligible for refund in line with Consumer Rights Act 2015. For extreme and prolonged conditions a waterproofer spray is available for a 100% protection.

Le client doit retourner le(s) produit(s) au centre de distribution de Naturcontact dans les 30 jours suivant l'approbation du retour ou la réception de l'adresse de retour par email. Tout retour reçu après 30 jours à compter de la date d'approbation du retour ne sera pas éligible pour un remboursement.

We would like to inform our valued customers of a specific labeling detail affecting the first batch of Naturcontact Alaskan shoes. Please read the following information carefully:
- When you order for example a size 38, the shoe box will correctly display size 38, and the shoe's length will correspond precisely to size 38, as defined in our size chart.
- However, the upper material of the shoe will be labeled as size 39. This discrepancy is purely due to an internal labeling issue and does not impact the actual size, fit, or quality of the shoe.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this labeling difference does not constitute a defect or error. You further agree that this will not be a valid basis for disputes, chargebacks, or refunds.
Should any unfair claims, disputes, or chargebacks be initiated, Naturcontact reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its interests and reputation.
