SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all of our products.

Shipping time is 2-3 days if products are immediately available in our local warehouse (shipping time it's specified in each product page), otherwise shipping time is 5-9 days and processing time is 1-3 days (for United States, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, South Korea and Japan). For European Countries (ref. Spain, France, Netherland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden) shipping time is 4-5 days and processing time 1-3 days . 

 

Delivery time depends on stock availability and market demand, but we usually deliver our products in around one working week (unless products are immediately available).

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

 

We will keep you updated with all information regarding the status of your order.

 

Please note that international shipping laws change frequently and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In this case, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws for any additional charges or taxes.

What happens if the order is delayed?

During periods of high demand (especially Black Friday and the Christmas period) there may be delays in logistics. We strive to provide a first class service even during periods of high demand, but please take this into account when purchasing our products (we cannot always guarantee that orders placed in December will arrive before Christmas).

 

If your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and patience. We will then inform you immediately about the new delivery date. In all other cases, you can request a refund and/or if the order has not been received after 15 working days.

 

In case of more products purchased in the same order the following will apply:

 

1) If one ore more items are in pre order and if one or more items are available they will be both shipped together when the item(s) will be available

 

2) If one or more items are available and one or more items are immediately available (available with local shipping 2-3 days delivery as specified on each variant on product page) the immediately available items will be shipped separately and will likely be received before and later the item(s) with normal shipping will be sent according to standard delivery time.

 

Final price + free shipping means that the product, shipping costs, money-back guarantee, free returns and Naturcontact services are included in the total price, but are added individually to the final price of the order. Exchange policy

If the product received doesn't fit it can be exchanged and the first time it's free of charge. Customer will only pay for returning the product received and will receive for free the new product. To arrange an exchange contact Naturcontact at info@naturcontact.us within 30 days from order date.

Return policy

If our products are damaged or defective, returns are free and you can request a refund or a new delivery of the product, in all the other cases return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that you use the sizing chart on the product page so that you can be sure that the size is 100% accurate.

 

In the case of an approved return, a new product will be sent after the buyer has sent the return number to Naturcontact. Naturcontact will then endeavour to supply you with the correct size (with an additional pair of free insoles) to allow you to personalise the shoes at no additional cost.
